"Avoid this merchant at all costs!

Charged an absurd amount of money for (snail-mail) shipping for a single mouse ($25 dollars; twice the cost of the mouse) and also charged an additional $10 dollar fee due to my order coming to less than $30 dollars total (not taking shipping costs into account).

They then took a full week to actually ship my order (I actually had to e-mail them and "remind" them to do so), and the icing on the cake is that when it arrived the mouse they had sent me was completely different from the one that I had ordered (it was some old used-looking Acer PS/2 mouse when I had ordered a Logitech USB mouse).

I then of course proceeded to send them a series of e-mails informing them that they had sent me the wrong mouse and that I would like to send it back to them so that they could then ship to me the correct one, however I never received any sort of response.

I will once again repeat what I wrote at the top of this review:

"These guys are FANTASTIC.

I bought two obscure items from them. There was an issue where one item was damaged, so instead of send me the damaged item as others might try, they removed it from the order (and apparently the refund is pending). The one item remaining in the order shipped in decent time at a fair rate and was packed excellently, apparently by someone who cared that it arrive in good shape.

The two people I have spoken with since receipt of the one item (regarding what happened, and if I can source more of that item through them) have been excellent. They are professional yet friendly and clearly enjoy helping their customers. Despite the hiccup in my order, I trust that they will follow through with the information that I have requested, or try their hardest.

I will not hesitate to consider CPA for further part purchases, and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

There is only one thing I would like to see change...I should have been informed prior to shipping that the second item was being excluded. If I were a techie for a big organization with serious time constraints, this could have ended badly...but since I had no actual difficulties, my experience was still excellent. CPA - please don't let me down with that follow-up information :)"

it just seems like one of the low life places that low-balls the price and rips you on shipping and there are plenty of those

here is my case a VERY SMALL item maybe a couple of ounces (Few grams) is $5 great price BUT the Shipping to California is $30 USD what a joke

so i said ok these fools are up in Canada so i added a Canadian address and the shipping is $12 USD

until these clowns get their act together i would stay away from them "
