"I ordered a HP elite 8560p with the I5 cpu and AMD gpu after a few weeks of searching for a good deal on a good laptop finally deciding on computerrefurb.net
Shipping was fast. Customer support is quick to answer, knowledgable and friendly.
My laptop did have a slight defect with gpu and after some quick troubleshooting over phone with the knowledgable tech I was provided a shipping label to send back for repair under their warranty. Quickly fixed and mailed back in under a week. Good as knew.
Highly recommended "
"Wish I could give them a minus rating. He (Ed) actually lied to me knowing I knew the truth. What a poor company. Litigation in process."
"Stay faaaaaar away from these people. Not knowing how terrible this company is I dropped $1600 with them for a total of 13 laptops. I got one broken laptop, 4 bad a/c adapters, and 6 dead batteries. All covered by their 30 day return policy which they edited while I was playing email tag with Janet, one of the sales associates. After a week of emails and phone calls they said they would not replace anything. The 2 seperate orders were for refurbished laptops that were in really bad physical condition anyways and appear to be "used" not refurbished because the internal parts that I looked at were all stock. I actually know what I'm doing when it comes to computers and probably one of few who can tell the difference. Refurbished means new parts to replace old or defective ones. Whatever they send you, you're stuck with and for what they put you through it's not worth trying to return or replace anything anyway. Also beware of computer-deal.com they are both the same exact company."
"II ordered a refurbished Dell Optiplex 755, Windows home, but received a Windows Professional instead. Since there was no packing slip, in or on the FedEx box, I just assumed everything would be okay, but it wasn't until I opened the box and in installed the computer that I realized the error. Not only did I get the wrong computer, but there was no power cable, and there was no RoxioEasy cd & dvd, no Apache office, and no free edition of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. I can play CD's I'm not able to burn them, which is a big problem for me...CD burnerXP shows 'no compatible drive' and when I try to use Windows DVD Maker there are no options showing for a DVD burner and Windows Media player tells me I have to connect a burner! Windows backup 'cannot find any locations that you can save a backup on' and advises me to get an external hard drive.
I've tried using ComputerRefurb's 'chat' but have gotten no reply.
I totally agree with the negative reviews in this forum, and plan on replacing this computer with one from a more reputable company!"
"DONt BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS. LIES,LIES,LIES
They say the computers are tested before they are sent. They sent me a broken computer that wouldn't even boot up. Gave me a hard time about returning. Sent it back the next day but then kept $50 of warranty money. They say their web site says warranty is non refundable. More lies..does not say that. Junk products and piers

"False Advertisement: Configuration and Refurbishing. Configuration: 64-bit laptop carries 32-bit OS - this is concealed in advertisement. Refurbishing: Condition of laptop and multiple issues show just "used" machine, not "refurbished". "I bought a Dell 620 laptop from Computer Refurb and the screen was too dim to read. It was clearly defective (a common problem with this mode according to a web searchl). I got a return authorization from the vendor and shipped it back (at my cost). Computer Refurb then hit me with a 15% restocking fee claiming that there was nothing wrong with the laptop. So I was out $40 for my experience with Computer Refurb. I would recommend that you don't use this company. "
