"I am very dissatisfied that I had to drive over to purolator to retreive my package after asking for this package to be left at my personal residence's back door on my original order.

I work from 9-5 every weekday and get home at 5:30. I have no one at home all day to answer the purolator delivery person. So, they leave a delivery form t my door and tell me to pickup my package at their outlet. No possibility to have the package re-rereouted elswhere but 10 km further in Hull QC for me to get it. Why do I have to pay for delivery when I actually have to jump in my vehicle and get my package somewhere else once it arrives ?????? This is like paying twice for my delivery service.

This made me mad as hell because its the only way I can get my merchandise.

Second dissapoitment is that you way over packaged my item in a box 20 times larger the my item. Also loaded with tons and tons of paper to protect it from a crash collision within the box I received it in. All that useless packaging I then have to send to my recycling bin. What a wast of paper and carton. This item could very well have been sent to me in it's current packaging without any probable damages to the merchandise - unless a truck ran over it.

I will never again deal with purolator for my delivery services. When I pickuped my package from them this moring, I was very very clear about that. So, don't expect that I order from your company again if purolator is your only means of delivery. Not Only did I pay you for the shipping and handling, I also paid 40 minutes of my time to go out and pick it up, plus the use of my vehicle and expensive gasoline. I also took 2 hours off work today to be able to get my package from fear that it would be return to your because the customer didnt pick it up afer 7 days... My boss didn,t like me arriving late.

The item I received works as expected, but this is due that I a lot of research for a selfeeding portable scanner and found that your store had my attention to buy it from you.

Third and lastly, I was very dissapointed that you charges me an environmental tax fee of $8.00 for a $69 electronic device??? Waht perentage of tax rate is this??? I paid a mere $1.65 Env. tax fee on a $700 Ipad that month? What's wrong with this picture??? Your websites charging process displayed the Env. tax fee only on the final page where my payment was requested. I did not have much time to review and think about accepting the order with this huge tax. I could have cancelled my order right there, but I needed this scanner for the weekend.

Hope I win the Ipad for my firm but very honest review.
