" The web site was professional and easy to navigate. Web forms for sign up and billing were complete and worked well, leaving no questions in my mind. The order was processed and delivered quickly. I was able to track the package every step on it's journey and e-mail notifications kept me in the loop with respect to order status. The quality of the product is excellent and exactly what I ordered.
I did miss the delivery however and Purolator had instructions to drop my package off at the sorting depot if I did not receive it in person. The depot is a 1.5hr drive from my location. I called them direct and they resent the package next day. To receive it I had to take time off work.
I would definitely buy here again but I would look into arranging a delivery option that would allow drop off at my P.O. box.

"Computer Valley handled the order alright, and the NOBX5X50 Night Owl binoculars arrived promptly. I opened them up, put in the battery and followed the instructions precisely - not a beep, nada, nothing worked. I find it hard to believe they were checked before shipping. These were shipped direct from the US (manufactured in Belorus) and Computer Valley told me to call the shipper who also handles warranty issues. I have returned the item as instructed and await a new, or at least a working set of night vision binoculars. The shipper was pleasant but when I asked if these were checked before shipping she assured me they were. Hmmm, perhaps in Belorus? At this point I submit a neutral rating, but could upgrade that to satisfied or very satisfied rating if everything comes through as it should."

"CV probably should have put the tv in a larger box with more packing material. Both boxes were damaged when we picked them up, which the rude postnet person blamed on the shipper. The products inside seem okay so far, but they had a rough trip I guess. You should never send a flat screen tv with such flimsy packaging."

"Valley Computer offers impeccable service, prompt and courteous. I had a little problem of compliance with Paypal home address. Computer Valley made sure I was who I claimed to be asking me to send them an email with a scanned copy of a piece of identification with address. Computer Valley is very safe. While they verified that my address was correct, there was no more camera model I ordered in stock, to ensure that I am not penalized, they placed an order with another supplier, for the same sale price, so I can have my camera on time for my vacation.
