"Generally very pleased with these guys. They have excellent customer service and seem to have above average consideration for their customers, as they return my emails promptly. Their web site was a little slow and non-responsive at the time I placed the order, but I communicated this to them, and was informed they were having some problems with their service provider and were working on getting it all fixed. I have recently checked their site and it is very very quick now.
What brought me to them was the price (some $50 less then the next priced competitor) of the Koolance Exos external water cooling system. I was directed to them by Koolance I believe, and though they had very few ratings here, I did some background checking and learned they had been in business a long time and have a strong following local to their area and that their reputation is very important to them. I felt confident that I would get a square deal and be treated fairly.
However, hving said that, some of their items are only so-so priced, and not necessarilly as competetive as I would hope.
The one and only complaint I have about them was how they packed the product for shipping. In my order, I had the Exos, a CPU200-G CPU water block and two video/chipset blocks. They put the CPU200-G in the little spot in the box sized exactly for it, and the two GPU/chpset coolers in with all the Koolance accessories. This in itself is perfectly fine, but I was a little dismayed that they didn't then pack the Xeos box in a shipping box with bubblewrap or peanuts. It was shipped UPS, and though their was no noticabler damage, it was clear the box was roughly handled as it was a little crushed and very beat up and the shipping tape was split. It is a tribute to the packing that Koolance did for their product that things came out as well as they did. I would guess they felt that Koolance's extra packaging was sufficient for shipping, and as it turned out, they were right. However, I still would have preferred a little exrta packaging to allay any fear of damage in transit.
By the way, when I placed the order, it was 10 days before they expected they would have stock, but I received it a couple days before that expecting stock date, so they actually received and shipped the product early. Very nice surprise indeed!
I certainly would consider buying from them again in the future, and do search their site whenever I am shopping for PC hardware.
Though this is not a reflection on Computer Wizards, per se, I did have a minor problem with the Exos, which after contacting Koolance's RMA department, was very quickly dealt with. One or bothj of the pumps in the reservior rattled when it was running, and sometimes at start-up was extraordinarilly loud. The techs ar Koolance happily shipped a replacement pump unit out and even went so far as to include extra hoses, clamps and the like, little of which I actually needed! This is top notch product support and I can't recommend Koolance's products enough for it. Not to forget that this this is now quieter than the very quiet PSU fan, and cools like a champ! If you are in the market for a water cooling system, choose the Koolance Exos and buy it from Computer Wizards. You'll get a goreat price for a great product (just buy something else too big to fit in the Exos box and I am sure you will get it all boxed carefully!... )"
