"I placed an order on 3-1 and had it in hand by 3-4 and I live in VA. I've dealt with computers worth before and have never had any problem. Items arrive in good condition and are what they are advertised to be. The only thing I could wish for would be better communication. It would be nice if they would just send a short email to let you know when your items ship. I'll continue to do business with them till they give me a reason not to. "
"Obviously a startup company-- the order process wasn't very streamlined (no online status checking, no email confirmation on shipment, etc)-- but also obviously a company with a focus on customer service.
Their prices are awesome, their shipment was quick and their customer support was accessible and personable. I'm very satisfied with my experience, and will order again if I ever have software needs."
"I bought Lexar media and it was shipped asap with no hassles. In December we received SPAM from people who had broken into Computersworth systems and stole credit card information as well as email addresses, etc. This information showed up in our email from a party claiming to represent freelotto.com (BUT IT WAS NOT anyone from freelotto.com) and apparently is now being investigated by the Secret Service.
I have Serious concerns about the security of Computersworth.com computer systems and would not recommend giving them my credit card number ever again. Too bad because they had good service.
I have tried contacting John or anyone else at Computersworth but no one has replied to any of our requests for information regarding this matter.

"Very dissatisfied. Ordered Quickbooks Pro, waited for 3 weeks to receive product. I installed it at a client, and when she called to register it, Intuit told her that that serial number had previously been registered. I ended up buying the product at list at CompUSA to ensure that my client had a legitimate copy. When I contacted Computer's Worth, they were rather breezy about it, saying that they had no control over whether someone had registered the software. I will not do business with them again."

I ordered from Computer's Worth because they are located in Texas, as am I. With most companies, I can pay the sales tax, pay for the cheap shipping and usually have it the next day. I received a confirmation email of my order on Wednesday when I placed it, but it never went any further than that. After reading some of the comments here, I figured they just didn't send me a ship notification and I would just wait for the package. A week goes by and still no software, so I give them a call. After "searching the database" for my order, I was told that it never got "printed out" and I was then assured that the order would be shipped that day. So I call back on Friday to make sure that my order was actually shipped and I have to go through the same process of finding my order again. The gentleman told me several times that the order had to be under another name, which it was not. After several minutes of this, he found the invoice "on the webmaster's desk." They don't even have the software in stock that I ordered and no one ever called to notify me. The man started making excuses about who's fault it was, etc, etc. My credit card was never charged, but it really upsets me that I could have ordered from some place in California and gotten it sooner then this ordeal took."
