"This computer company is a JOKE. They ordered a screen that was XGA from Ebay 200107457370 - worst part is, is they NEVER CHECKED the resolution on my laptop, which is UXGA. Yes, my laptop has more than one screen resolution type for my make & model laptop. I thought these guys knew what they were doing, and they didn't AT ALL. Hey, if you don't know, then ASK. otherwise, don't waste my precious time buying the wrong part from an ebay company that would probably have answered you if you had asked them - NO NO, instead WASTE MY TIME as a customer instead. I had to wait a VERY long time for the replacement screen, which ended up costing me MORE for the part, because it's more expensive than the XGA they quoted & ordered for me, and I had to waste nearly a MONTH waiting for them to get a new one & replace it for MORE MONEY. Funny the guy kept blaming the other company. Dude, seriously, these things have part numbers, and those are easily googled. Had i known what my friend told me, I would have done it myself, gotten the right part the first time, and had the screen installed in like 15 min myself. What a JOKE. "
