"I ordered a Wacom Graphics Tablet from them. My order information was updated on the site 3 days later and said that:

-- The order has been received
-- A Packing slip has been issued
-- The order has been dispatched
-- Payment has been received

However, 3 weeks later, there is still no indication as to whether the item has shipped. I e-mailed them twice over the past week with no response. There is no way to cancel an order on their site. I will shortly be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

"I ordered a (supposedly new) motherboard from Computerstop's website. The board that arrived was certainly *not* new, and didn't even include the users manual or cables. The board arrived dead on arrival. After a number of phone calls I was issued an RMA (for a refund). There was a one-week delay in processing my refund once the RMA was received. I was not refunded the shipping costs (2 ways). Words cannot express how terrible this seller truly is."

"On 20 Aug 2003 I logged onto www.computerstop.com to determine if, and when, my order was shipped. When asked to log in with my email address I received a message that the email did not exist in their records or words to that effect. I immedicately tried to send email to support and sales @computerstop.com and both were rejected. I then checked with my credit card company and found that the card was charged for the amount of purchase. I tried three different telephone numbers persistently for over an hour and received nothing but busy signals."

"I am very unhappy with these guys. I placed an order online and did not hear anything from them for 3 days. Send them an e-mail and they said that the two cpus I had ordered would not work because they had different cores. I told them to go ahead and send it anyway, I did not care about the different cores(I replied the same day). Another 7 days and no news....
So I called them, and I was told that the processors were no longer in stock and my order had been cancelled :-(.
Overall I had a very unpleasant purchasing experience.

"This company has the most worthless customer service I've ever seen. I buy 2 mobile racks thru them and obviously expect two brand new ones to arrive at my door...but to my dismay, I recieve one USED one! Thats so obviously been pre opened and taken apart, as all the tools and pieces are missing from the rack.... So I call them up and what do they do? NO SHIPPING REFUNDS, so they expect me to waste my time, and drive for a few hours to return the thing and get my money back! They ship a used item to me, and expect me to pay for shipping again to send it back? What a piece of crap company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.... TRUST ME...I've even been to the actualy store, they are the most rudest people I've ever met....End of Rant."

"Purchased a 17" LCD monitor for $70 less than anywhere else online. Took a week for them to get the order in the mail, but the next monday a tracking number was emailed. I don't think they respond very much by email, but if you place a clean order and just be patient, the wait is well worth it. I recieved my monitor in perfect condition, and am very satisfied. I will shop there again, especially with their prices."

"this company is very good to deal with and if you call them about a product you saw if they have it cheaper they will tell you about it.
i bought altec atp5 speakers that i saw on pricewatch.com they had them for 69.99 when i called them they told me they have some on clearance for 49.99 with shipping i payed 62.49.
one they did not have to tell me they have it cheaper.
that's what i call good customer service were can you get 80 wat. speakers w/ sub. for 62.49 this company is very good in my book and i will buy from them with out thinking twice.
