The company cares more about the neutral and negative reviews that consumers leave behind, than it does on improving it's overall outlook and standing behind the products that it sells, thus shamelessly, disturbingly, and disgustingly bribing it's consumers with pitiful partial $10 to $20 dollar refunds or free keyboard or mice for the poorly refurbished units that were purchased, all for the sake of the company keeping it's ratings high and positive so that Amazon does not take their storefront down."
