"The booking process was simple, prices were great, however absolutely no way to cancel 1 of the 8 reserved rooms. There is no way to reach anyone via phone, email, or even AI assistant through this site and you are then directed to Priceline. Your reservation doesn't come up in their system so you're forced to call a number that nobody EVER answers. Now we are stuck paying for a room that we do not need. SO FRUSTRATING."
