"We updated out kitchen with granite countertops. We needed pop-up electrical outlets in the countertop of the island. We had shopped many sites that had plastic towers in colors that did not go well with our counters or kitchen. We found metal brass colored popups from CRAV. We received them, took them out of the box. One worked well. The other seemed not to work. I could see that one of the lids was out of line that kept it from raising. I thought it was a factory defect and was ready to send it back for replacement, but the counter was in, the installers were ready to silicon it in, and the electrician was coming the next morning. My wife and I were in a panic mode as we were out of time. We called CRAV and got a very pleasant man to listen to our problem. He worked me thru the problem and guess what? It worked. I cannot express enough appreciation of the cool-headed help that I received. Our kitchen is beautiful. The granite is incredible, but everyone of our friends that come into the kitchen are blown away by the brass pop-up outlets."
