"Great experience & great product! After researching many online and local options for a suitable surface mounted box for our conference room table, we found Conference Room AV. We wanted a solution that included network jacks, HDMI, powered USB outlets, and power outlets, that mounted flush in the table, would close when not in use and hid the cables. Ryan helped us patiently for a couple weeks. He obtained multiple quotes and options for us. He eventually directed us to a Kramer solution that was modular, meaning it allowed for different options and allowed us to easily change outlets. He shipped the product to us on a 'demo' basis to try and we love it! It is very professional, solid, was easy to install, and included all the parts we needed. We also like that we can change jacks/outlets in the future, if needed, without having to buy a whole new unit. "
