"Ordered brake pads and rotors for 2015 Toyota Sienna, customer service rep called to inform that rotors not in stock but would be coming within a week asked if I still wanted them which I did. Promptly sent pads and within a few days shipped rotors in 2 packages, 1 package arrived quickly (1 day) the other rotor was 2 days later, due to FEDEX moving it to various terminals in NJ, not Conicelli Toyota's fault. I must add pads and rotors made in USA and they were at a better price than aftermarket parts from several major parts stores who sell China made parts and I expect will be of a much better quality. Thank you Conicelli Toyota for great service."
