"It's my second time I ordered from this merchant. The first time was smooth, but the second time they sent me something I did not order (a same kit I ordered from them before) and overcharged me. I would find out about it earlier if they sent me an itemized confirmation email or gave me a confirmation page right away after i ordered. But they only told me they received my order after I paid with my credit card. then they sent me a confirmation number after a couple days. One day I got my tracking number and decided to check when it would arrive. That's when I found out the mistake they made. I tried to contact the company by phone but apparently they don't work for weekends. I emailed them right away and got response after two days. They didn't admit their mistake and asked me to send the thing back to get refund. The good part was that I contacted them by phone and solved the problem before I got that nasty email. I won't buy from this merchant again because I am very sure what i ordered and the total amount when i paid with my credit card. it was definitely their mistake, but I don't know how this would happened with on-line shopping. "
