"first off i ordered with a temp credit card that was canceled the day after my first order was placed. After noticing it failed i FINALLY got in touch with someone from consoleasia through AIM, since i can't seem to find a number listed on the site. A new order was placed and immediately processed. it is now the 24th (10 days later) and i have heard nothing about it being shipped. I have tried to ask them why it has not shipped yet on AIM but both times they go offline after i ask ...

UPDATE (6/25/07) :: Recieved an email saying they had the item shipped on the 16th and that if i do not recieve it by friday they will replace it or provide a refund. I'll update as this continues."

"Since this is a much less known company i wasn't too sure about ordering from them, but after i saw their low prices i decided to just take a tester order. I got that order within days of ordering, and following that order i ordered the items i wanted and received them just as fast. Will do business again, ConsoleAsia :)."

"Very seldom and very slow response time. I tried to contact consoleasia via phone and email and only received 1 reply out of the several tries. The reply was also before shipping. It took 15 days for me to receive my order on the 28th (after telling me that it was being sent the day after I ordered it on the 13th). My order total was $27 before shipping. Which I thought was an incredible deal. The most expensive item I ordered (PSP backup battery) which was $18 was not included in the package I received. So out of my $27 order, I only received $9 of it and having to pay $6.60 in shipping for my order. I am very upset with this seller. I have tried to contact them many times since my order came, but no one answers their phone, responds to their messages, or replies to their emails. I order items online at least once a week and this seller is by far the worst I have ever dealt with."

"I ordered four items from the. Two of the items I ordered were fine. However, instead of the black PSP case I ordered, I was sent a black UMD case. In addition, the blue PSP Anti-Shock Crystal Sleeve I ordered arrived in shocking condtion. It is obviously second hand, as it was warped and came covered in greasy finger marks. It also came in an opened box for a Crystal PSP Anti-Shock Sleeve. It seems they just ran out, and decided to ship me a used one they had lying around. Very disappointing. "

"I bought an order of HDAdvance 3.0 from this store on March 4th 2005 and i am very pleased with their service, speed of deliver, and accesibility (phone, email, AIM chat). World Class company imho!! Also the prices and selection they have is unbeatable.

Update: I purchased from this company again on the 20th of May. I messed up with my order (i entered a wrong CC) but they cleared the whole deal up and i had my order within 3 days on my front door. Very impressed again."
