Overall response time for a active ticket was acceptable, but could be better. Receiving a phone call was much appreciated though.

The product still took a week to ship, and just went out today, July 7th. I have not yet received a tracking number or anything of the sort. Had I not taken it upon myself to contact them via phone, which is extremely difficult, I would be canceling my order right now.
