"Customer Svc reply is quick and to the point. However, I ordered from consolesource.com based on the reviewers here who claim products were received in a matter of days.
My product, showing as In Stock, was ordered on a Friday 03/14. Today is 03/19 and still the product is showing at not shipped yet (no, I am NOT counting the weekend, duh). I inquired w/ Customer Svc and they replied it was to be sent out today, with no explanation of the delay. All documents on their site boasts shipping within 24hrs of In Stock items.
My order was small (both literally in size and in quantity) and payment was made with no delay, so I don't understand why its taking them 4 days to simply hand it over to UPS. Not happy with shipping and did not live up to my expectation. Perhaps should consider removing "ship within 24hrs" so that expectations won't be so high. Probably will not order from them again. *Additional note: Also, the item, once finally received 2 weeks after I ordered, ended up being defective. That's not Console Sources' fault, but I don't want to deal with them again so I'm chalking it up as a loss, my stupid fault for not using some typical place like Amazon*"
