"I received my product exactly as ordered, tho it didn't come with any instructions. I tried to contact consolesource to ask about how to get instructions to install my mod chip, but never got a response. I ended up having the chip installed by a local guy who does this on the side, but i was unimpressed by the lack of response from consolesource after i'd sent a couple emails. Aside from that, i think the store is great, and i wouldn't hesitate to purchase products from you in the future - but you really should do something about responding to emails."
