When I actually spoke to somebody from console source on the chat facility, they off handedly said that the chip had been shipped yesterday without any recognition that it should have left two weeks before. With this kind of response I dread the thought of ever having a problem with any purchase and would never choose to do business with such an tardy non communitative bunch of people.
