"This was one of the worst sites I have ever ordered from ever. The printer arrived broken because it was packaged with it laying on its side. It was also missing the software CD's. When I tryed to go online to start an RMA request and it would not even let me sign on to my account. I had to call the sells phone number and all he would do is give me the support email. I emailed them what what happened and asked them to call me so I would see if I could get get a replacement printer. After waiting almost 2 days without a reply, I had to call the sells department again. Finally 3 hours latter I get an RMA email stating that I would have to pay both the shipping cost and shipping insurance to return the printer that I received broken and missing items. It also states that it must be returned is resalable condition to get my refund. Hell it was not in resalable condition when I got it. So now I am out $91 plus $45 (total of $136) in shipping costs on a printer that only cost $169. Plus I might never even receive my orginal $169 back. Plus to this day I have not received a phone call from them. What a scam. "

The DVD cost $25.00 plus $10.00 for shipping, am I going to send it back for $25.00 refund? I decided not to. Because the returned shipping would cost me more than $10.00 (to claim for $25.00 refund) and going through all the process and hassle packaging etc... and they might claim something that I don't have for the refund. I might end up losing another $10 - $15.00 for shipping cost as well!

"i ordered the Motorokr T505 bluetooth hands free unit. it was stated as being re-certified, and it was nothing more than an open box. the unit itself was damaged (the usb port was getting ready to fall out). the car power adapter wasn't, even the correct one, and i have no idea what the power adapter really goes too (never seen a connector like it). btw: i checked out resellerratings and "consumer depot" got great reviews, and i have always relied on resellerratings for advice on whether to buy from a site or not. either "consumer depot" found a way to pad their rating or something is fishy with resellerratings nowadays. just check out these websites to find the real scoop on "consumer depot"
