"I had an excellent experience with this seller. My used laptop was shipped in only a few days in plenty of bubble wrap inside a box, and everything was working, or not working, as described.

I was hesitant at first from even placing a bid with this seller, because they have (or had) a feedback rating of only 97.4% positive, and in general, I tend to bid/buy from sellers who have only 99% positive scores or higher. However, upon reading feedback scores, a lot of negatives were left by buyers with a score of 20 or less, many of whom apparently didn't read the details about the auctions, or didn't realize the nature of the vendor's activities in selling bulk recycled / returned goods. [Prices are low on many items because they don't work, are untested, are damaged, or have parts missing, for example. Some inexperienced buyers seem to miss this in the item descriptions.]

Observations aside however, I can only speak from my experience and, as stated, it was a thoroughly positive one. Every flaw of the item was described on the laptop, including that it was pre-loaded with a non-genuine operating system. I'd buy from them again."
