Auction-Logistics checkout was a "pain!" I purchased multiple items, and had to go through checkout process for each item, individually. Not all fields are clearly labeled as to what format they expect data input to be. Some fields [zip-code] will accept more data than checkout will allow.

I get the distinct feeling that this checkout/fullfilment vendor uses the customer and this feedback process to do their code error-checking for them!

Unless this seller has the absolute best deal, purchase from someone using eBay or PayPal checkout process. These folks have a long way to go to catch-up.

ADDED on 11/13/2006, after reading vendor comments:

It doesn't matter how much I paid the seller, the vendor fullfillment was still a pain for the reasons given. As to the zip-code, as an example of the poor coding, the field accepted a zip+4 input, but the screen edits would not allow a zip+4 entry. The screen-edit would only allow a standard zip code, thereby increasing the chance the postal service could miss-deliver the package."
