"I bought season 1 of Everwood on DVD on behalf of my mother-in-law.

I read through the feedback and the people who left pos feedback but left negative comments or who left neutral or neg comments seemed to be unhappy with the terms they didn't bother to read. The seller clearly states his terms- including the fact that they are not able to check the items (cds, dvds and games) to make sure they work right. They have certain terms for payment- credit card only, no PO boxes and the card must have the shipping (non-po box) address on file.

My experience was positive- the item sold was described as new and sealed. Voila- it came new and sealed. And it came very quickly. Surprisingly so (even though the terms said it would only be 3 days- I expected longer based on experiences with other "mega-sellers").

All-in-all it seems this is a good seller with honest intentions. Not all products turn out well for the person purchasing but if they would read the terms, the seller tells them that it's possible the product won't work or that the packaging will be damaged. Period.

People will complain about anything.

My only concern was using the credit card which I don't like to do- I prefer PayPal but this seller looks to be in it for the long haul. With that many transactions it would be foolish to develop a reputation for scamming people. The only neg exp I've had with ebay sellers was a guy who closed shop after he thought my bid-pay transaction went through- thank God it failed! In this case, I risked the credit card transaction and it has all turned out well.
