I just bought a Sony ps4 vr1 Bundle through mercari, its used, and just in case something happens i decided to buy a warranty. I have not made any claims so i do not know how this company is going to react if i do, and i do not know about their customer service. the warranty was 20$. It says it will cover up to 250$. If i have to deal with them for any reason i will come back and write a real review after they have done something for me, or not. "
