"We purchased a 4-year extended warranty from CPS for our LG front loader washing machine. When we required repair, they sent an incompetent service tech who further damaged our machine. We hired a repair company we previously used for a different appliance and ended up incurring over $650 in part and repair costs. This is in addition to the money we paid for the warranty.
CPS now refuses to respond to our repeated attempts at reimbursement. We have pics of the damage and the repair. I don't understand these positive reviews - CPS stole our money and left us with a broken machine. CPS has cost us over $1,000 for absolutely no services. This is outright theft. BUYER BEWARE! CPS took our money but refused to provide services. We will NEVER purchase another warranty again. Total scam.
