"I purchased my Thinkpad X1 Carbon on-line at eBay. The laptop was refurbished, so the warranty came as part of the package. The registration process was easy and was completed in a couple of minutes. Since I just got my laptop, I haven't had to submit a claim (and, quite frankly, I hope I never have to), but the coverage is there should I need it."
