"They had to approve vendor to make repair before could use it. They approve LG(the maker of my fridge) They came out to replace condenser. Cost $375 + tax. CPS said that was too much and would only pay $250 and no tax. They said they were tax exempt(Are they a non profit....)
U would think if u approve the vendor, u would pay the entire bill.
