"While I was a customer things went pretty smooth. They have a poor-man's version of AT&T service (like their go-service)
Every now and then a billing mistake would be made. The final straw was when they refused to understand a billing error and kept billing me again and again so I gave up explaining it to their inept CS department. It was just a $5 over billing but I refused to pay it as they think they could get away with billing old folks who can be easily harassed. Idiots even sent it to a collection agency..haah.
Will never consider them again."
"I was extremely happy with the prices for cell phone accessories. It was the shipping and handling prices that made me want to completely cancel my order since those prices nearly doubled my expected payment. I won't buy from them again until they offer price related shipping and handling."
