"First of all, after a comprehensive search, I found the best price on the internet for what I needed (acid-free photo storage boxes) on Consumercrafts.com. Then I placed my order online. But, OOPS, I ended up placing two orders. I emailed and left a phone message to ask for a refund, but as it was the weekend, I couldn't speak directly to an agent. By the time Monday morning came, both orders were processed and already queued up for shipping. The agent politely told me that there really wasn't anything that could be done, other than returning one of the orders.
