There was no explanation as to why they were not included in my order, there were just zeros on the quantity shipped column. I had to call and wait on hold for around 20 minutes to find out that the items I had purchased were discontinued items and out of stock. Why did they not communicate this to me beforehand? When I received my order it was like, Surprise! what you really wanted isn't in here! If I had known they weren't going to ship them I could have ordered them somewhere else and had them at the same time. Very disappointed. I have ordered from them before and was happy with my purchase. Not sure I will again."
