"As family members pass, ornaments from Heaven are delivered at Christmas time, to the surviving siblings in my family. For many, receiving this last message and gift from a loved one, who is now in Heaven, means the world to them. As the deliverer of said messages and gifts, I have always depended on Michael's to get my ornament blanks needed to accomplish this miracle. For this Christmas season, I found that I needed more than 3 dozen ornaments to complete the task, only to find, that Michael's did not have them in stock, and did not expect to receive them.
