"Delivery time=5, shipping =5 (Box Undamaged) products=5, products damaged (1)=3. One of the large cones was seriously damaged. My husband, a professional safety/loss control/investigator says that the item was dropped on a hard surface (floor) and shipped as-is. Rather than return one item it was used as a Christmas Tree to be sold at the holidays. The sea shells covered the damage and is not noticeable unless you turn it upside down-not likely.

"The ornaments are perfect, just the right size, no bubbles in the glass, coloring was just what I was looking for. Using them for a decorating party as a gift from the bridal party for my future daughter in-law. Can't wait to get started, anxious to see the finished products! If there was anything negative, it's that they did not confirm the order or send any tracking info, so after about a week I called and they were to arrive the next day, and they did. I would deffinately use them again.
