We called received the "best" price from the phone rep and then found a price 3 times as low online with the website. So we placed the order and then a $53.00 processing fee is added to the total which added 50% to the bill.

Unfortunately, it was a Holiday weekend therefor, we were not able to process your order until the following business day which was on 5/28. On our website for your prescribed lens, it states in bold that the item is discontinued and will be replaced with its new version once the verification is complete. It does state on the product page depending on the RX we may have to order them from the manufacturer. Since that order you have placed 2 additional orders that will also need to be ordered.
