"Look at the email threads with customer service and how incompetant employees did not make my order correction accurate, therefore resulting in the loss of my discount. Plus a lack of follow up response to me since May 14th. If the website was more user friendly I could have ordered as needed and all this would have been easy. Now it's just been super frustrating for something so simple and has wasted too much of my time!"

After reviewing the email thread, it seems you were having difficulties removing one of the lenses you didn't need to purchase for. Since this was a re-order, you can only adjust the quantity once the items are in the cart. Once you add them, select "remove" next to the product you do not need. In the email thread, I do see the customer service agent was able to successfully remove the lens you didn't need to purchase for and added in a 15% coupon since the coupon you had applied originally expired. I apologize for any inconveniences caused to you. ”
