"Seems like the more boxes I order, the higher the price per box becomes, very confusing formula for calculation of shipping and handling, however they do have the lowest price per box when purchased one at a time so I will do it that way, because I have the same prescription for both eyes, it's only a problem with financing so many transactions. "I put in an order and my prescription said a specific brand so you wouldn't let me order the ones I wanted. I contacted my eye Doctor, got an updated prescription. Reuploaded it and you STILL wouldn't approve the order. Complete waste of my time. Just cancel the order next time. Ridiculous."

"Reordering should be a lot easier. The pop up, with patient names and the option to reorder or shop. Clicking on reorder in that pop up has never worked for me. Time to fix that its way to many clicks and fishing around trying to remember/ find where to reorder.
