Be sure to verify the lens quantity before buying. These guys are the only store I have seen that sell 3 lenses in a box versus 6. At least the CIBA Multifocus lenses.
Prices at most site are MUCH cheaper.
Plus shipping cost are high and slow and from overseas.

"To the persons who believed they got a "bad" deal from contactlesexchange (CLE): although I feel your angst (been there) but not because I did NOT read carefully nor ask the seller BEFORE ordering.

My experience with CLE has been nothing but fabulous. I ordered 3 DIFFERENT types of lenses and received confirmation of order almost immediately. Shipment was prepared and routed to whichever flight was outbound for USA, and CLE's CSR sent me the track info ID the next day. In 4 days I signed for and was tearing apart pkg. (the REAL agony was disinfecting them prior to wear.); hours later, ta da! a new fab look with the SAME lenses ordered by eye doc at 2-3x the price.

I had an anxiety attack wrt to the order numbering not appearing on tracking so I contacted Jenny. She calmly explained that it usually takes a few hours for a new track # to appear (DUH! Just like within the USA, where track numbers get loaded into the system all at once-between 11PM to 12-1AM
because online traffic is reduced.). The # was there as she said approx. 2 hrs. later and the next day it was done w/ CUSTOM's processing - you'll see either Malaysia or Singapore - then it was wheels up! I forgot about it until a knock on the door and I was scribbling my name. SEE "Important Note" following this review that I hope will help others with "track anxiety".

for far less. I support USA products whenever I can. BUT! There's no denying that optometrists have been gouging the public for decades, with the outrageous pricing on something that will last 6 mo. at best AND were purchased from US companies based overseas that either manufacture or arrange drop ships that have a USA contact address (See B&L, Ciba, etc.) Think those Freshlook lenses were made here? However, the most egregious abuse remains with the pricing on EYEGLASSES! $500 for plastic frames and lenses that carry a warranty of 6 mo. or less. Perhaps CLE will think about a sister site for eyeglasses-something all contact lens wearers need to use!

POSTAL SHIPMENTS (NOT PRIVATE carriers (e.g., Fedex, UPS, DHL, however they, too, now seem to provide fewer scans), usually provide only a modicum of scanned information that the customer can access online using a "tracking" number. MOST scans taken between origination "wheels up" and destination "gear down" are NOT available. The following is the "typical" process for USPS shipments: 1) Receipt scan of pkg. receipt & processing (including the start country's CUSTOMS inspection plus reg check offs); flight leaves w/ your order. 2)Varying number of days with NO INFO re your order, EVEN if the shipment IS scanned at stops before landing at USA. 3)Scan into USA w/ CUSTOMS inspection, etc. It is NOT infrequent that you will NOT receive this scan UNTIL you actually have the order in your hands. 4) Delivery accepted at your home.

Did not notice that the boxes came with 3 lenses as opposed to 6, and that they were being shipped from singapore. "Watch out. I ordered air optix multifocal and didn't notice that they were 3 per box (this is the only web site that shipped 3 per box, that I know of - usually they're 6 per box). So becasue of this the price was higher than anyone else. I should have looked at this closer, but a bit deceptive.

Also, they were shipped from Singapore (took 2 weeks) - this company must be making a killing having these things be more expensive than most and coming from Singapore. Will NOT do business again. "
