"MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT -- BUYER BEWARE!
! I purchased a CPAP pillow from Contour Living. When it was delivered, I discovered that it was extremely small (only 60% of the size of a standard pillow) and fabricated from a foam material so firm that it would be unusable for most people, especially those with cervical and/or back problems. Nothing is provided in the company's advertising or website to make a purchaser aware of these limitations.

Additionally, the fine print of their shipping and return policies makes the purchaser responsible for all shipping costs (both to the buyer and return) AND to a 20% "disposition fee."

As a CPAP user looking for added sleeping comfort, I suggest that potential purchasers of this product consider that they stand to absorb upwards of one-third of the purchase price (plus any local tax) if they are dissatisfied with the produce."
