"I have had a problem with my master mod for ps3 and I have sent it in 2 times for the same problem. The last time they gave me a new controller and gave me a bunch of added features for free because of the problem but I am still having the problem. I assume it is something I am doing but since it is the Holidays I can't get a hold of them very fast. The problem I am having is turning the master mod on. I hit the tac switch and a control but it doesn't turn on. I have noticed if I let my controller die and then start to charge it up the mod will come on."
"I ordered a controller for my son on 12/16/11. I was told it would take 3-6 days to build. I sent an email on 12/20/11 because I wanted to see if there was any way to have it expressed shipped to me. To date no one has responded to my email. I have tried to call several times but can not get through to anyone. I do not understand why no one will answer my email or when you call you can not talk to anyone."
"It's been over a week and my controller still has not arrived. I sent three emails (contact emails through their website) over the last three days with NO response. Their website promised delivery (with USPS 2-day delivery - extra cost around 5 bucks) and a 2-3 day "assembly" time. Tracking still says that it has not been mailed - and Christmas Eve is tomorrow (it's a gift for my youngest). At LEAST respond to my emails??"
