"I ordered a set of cookbooks and DVDs last year. They took six months to finally be delivered. I sent a few emails asking for time updates, but none were responded to.

Just the other day they sent me a book in the mail that I have to send back or they are going to charge me. I certainly don't need this much hassle over some cook books, I won't be dealing with this company ever again (including America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Country)."
