"First of all, is this store CoolMaxUSA or RegularPrice??

My experience with this company was mixed. I bought an Enermax FC model powersupply from this site, and the first thing I noticed was that I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation. So I called to confirm the shipping and the sales rep. assured me it was being shipped that day.
The package was delivered next day, except with the wrong powersupply in it.
I called back immediately, and was able to get a cross-shipment with minimal hassle and everything was fine and dandy.

However, a few days later I noticed an additional charge on my credit card of $85 (on top of the 100+ I paid for the PS w/ shipping), the cost of the FC. I called back, and the lady refunded my money after I disputed her claim that I had returned a FC model.

I'm 99% sure that same lady was responsible for the whole mix up because she wasn't knowledgeable enough to distinguish between the FC model I ordered and the FM model they originally shipped.
Also, their practice of charging my credit card automatically isn't very professional.

Overall, it was an ok buying experience. The sales reps were also all very courteous. Not sure if I would go back to this store though."
