I'm sorry to say, but for international shoppers I would 'not' recommend CoolStuffInc (at least until they can sort out their shipping)."

One of the times was for a game that arrived damaged--they had a new one in the mail for me the next day and sent UPS to pick the damaged game up at my house. Stuff will get damaged in transit sometimes, when you order off the internet. It's nice to buy from a company that you know will quickly and politely make it right."

"I've been buying board games from CoolStuffInc since last year. They have good prices and ship itens in a acceptable time, and it takes around 1 month to be delivered here in Brazil. The only two things I have to complain are 1) If they sent your order in multiple packages, they still give you just one custom number, even if they know about those multiple packages; and 2) while they're priding theirselves about customer service, giving a rapid reply to your emails, sometimes they just ignore your questions, specialy when it's about the tracking number of a second box of your order."

The store is pretty big with varied inventory for the casual gamer to the hardcore, intense gamer. Very clean, well lit, and with lots of tables to host gaming sessions. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
