"The first time I ordered from CoolStuffInc I had no problems, got everything I ordered at a decent price in a timely fashion. However the second time I ordered from them I order the last Aspect of Tiamat they had in stock. They sent me an email the next day saying it had shipped and I saw the money was deducted from my PayPal account. Three weeks later no Aspect of Tiamat and no communication from CoolStuff. When I checked my account with them the order wasn't even listed in my account history. I then checked my PayPal account and they did refund the money, but I think that was pretty poor customer service to not inform me that they weren't sending my order and giving me a refund. Their website shows the Aspect of Tiamat in-stock, so no idea why they didn't send me what I ordered and paid for."
