I ordered a gift for my nephew and had to have it delivered by a certain date. A few days went by, and I still hadn't received the package. I emailed CoolStuffCheap about it, and boy was I impressed. It wasn't long before I received a reply from Max, in customer service. A computer glitch had caused my order to not be fully processed. Max was on it asap. He also kept me posted on his progress as he worked on resolving the issue. He resolved it quickly and my order arrived on time.
