The samples I ordered came in a very timely manner and were packaged so as not to be damaged and everything I ordered was received in tip top shape. "The $9.99 shipping is what cinched the deal for me. I looked at several sites, some had tile less expensive, but when I added in thier shipping it doubled my purchase price. I found the exact color tiles i wanted on Cooltiles.com/ I did have to get a sample, because if I just went by the picture provided, I never would have bought these tiles. The color and pictures on cool tiles web site don't help to find what your looking for. What they called rose, turrned out to be the perfect peachy color I was looking for. I have, and will continue to recommend this website to my friends and family as a reasonably priced tile store.

However, they did not remotely resemble the picture that was presented on the website and, therefore, were a HUGE disappointment. The excitement of getting them was crushed immediately.
The colors shown online were bright and bold (which is why I chose that tile). The actual tiles were very muted and dull looking. Not even close to what I was expecting.
I have chalked this up to a very sad and expensive lesson. the 50% restocking charge and the cost to ship back would probably leave me paying extra for this mistake in judgement.

"Very satisfied with my purchase. My tile order arrived very quickly. I ordered the Rainforest Green Marble basketweave mosaic tiles, which are very unusual. All of the tiles were in excellent shape (no scratched or broken tiles) and beautiful shade variations will blend well with my rainforest vanity tops.
