"I went to cooler master /nl store online to order a few clips needed to replace the ones that broke.

I used paypal to pay for it. No word from them, no email, not invoice, just when I logg on to the site, my account says shipped. its been 12 days. How long does it take to send a 3 ounce package from Rotterdam Holland to the Centeral USA? I paid for shipping and handling, so I would think I should get it within 10 days.

"I placed an order with Coolermaster on Friday Feb. 26th, late in teh day. The website states that they would ship the products within 2 business days. By Wednesday the products had not shipped, so I called in to support. When I finally got someone, they apologized, and said they would try to make sure I got the shipment by Friday, which was when I needed it by, and that they would include a free fan for the delay. They also suggested that I send thier manager an email about the situation, which I did.

What happened? No response from the manager, The equipment shipped to arrive on Monday, and no extra fan. Missing the SLA was annoying, lying to the customer was inexcusable. IF you aren't going to fix the problem, don't lie to me about it. I will be telling people not to buy from CoolerMaster.

"Well, i had purchased a Cosmos S case back in july, it took coolermaster almost 2 month to deliver the replacement of my front-panel which was faulty in the first one. after the two month wait, i did receive a free gift and one thing i have to admit, the customer service rep i spoke to for this matter was very nice and polite. The Case is working fine since i received the replacement, and coolermaster has done their job in providing it free of charge. I m pleased with my purchase, but next time i will RMA with the store rather then the manufacturer :) (takes less time if something is not in stock)

"I have no issue with the local computer shop through which I ordered the CoolerMaster Cosmos S case - but trying to get any kind of response from CoolerMaster (US) customer service or support has been an exercise in futility.

In my situation the case arrived with a broken latch (a known problem since Feb - March early 2008) on one of the front retainer swing panels that hold the blank drive bay covers in place.

Emails have gone unanswered for over a month. Contact attempts by phone result in being kicked out of the wait que to a voice message "leave a message and a customer service representative will return your call at their convenience"...which apparently is never.

EDIT: Subsequent to posting here I received assistance from the CM North American custormer service forum moderator who expedited a replacment latch assembly and some spares via priority mail. The new latch is now installed.

Suggest using the CM forums for service or warranty issues if you can't get through on the phone or emails answered.

"I ordered a Coolermaster case and power supply from Newegg. No complaints when it comes to Newegg. I've never experienced better customer service from anyone - ever!
Coolermaster is another story. Their tech support is the worst. They have a tech phone number but it always dumps to voicemail and you never get a call back. If you send an email, it takes them 3 to 5 days to send a non-answer. I had trouble getting the psu into the case. Holes wouldn't line up. They were no help. I finally solved it myself. They had screws holding the bottom brackes on the case that were way too long forcing the psu out of position. Then they sent me an email with an attached form. Only problem is, they didn't attacht the form. 12 days now and issues still are unresolved. Stay away from Coolemaster!
