"After sending a message on Dec 21st, I did not get a call back. I then called and spoke to someone who said that msgs are usually answered in 48-72 hours, but he did see my message and would ask customer service to expedite. I never got a call back. I then called on Dec 28th and spoke with Gina. She did give me a price, but I said that I would have to check with my insurance and see what, if anything they would cover. I then called back on Dec 29th and spoke with Genesis. She said that Gina was not available. I then completed my order request with Genesis. She said she would email me an invoice in about 10-15 minutes. After several hours and not receiving it, I sent a msg via your system. I then called again on Dec 30th and finally did get an invoice, which I processed. Genesis just called me to verify that I did get the invoice."
