"Called 3 times the 800 number does not work. It would automatically put me on hold then hang up after a few min. I had to call the direct line to get through. The first person I reached said that I would enter my insurance information during the ordering process... this is not true. The next person I spoke with said that I needed to send an email to ****@**** with my insurance info along with the glasses I am interested in. The process is still fuzzy on how it all works. It is Cyber Monday and do not want to lose out on any discounts so I will place the order and then request a reimbursement from my insurance. Very disappointed in this process."
