"DO NOT do business with Coolglow. I ordered a dozen light-up lanyards with light up sticks for a very special series of concerts with friends. They arrived in cellophane, battery tabs in place- all seemed good. The event arrived and at the first concert I had six with me. ALL of them turned out to have batteries in the sticks that had leaked battery acid and we could not use them at the show. Back at the hotel we tried changing the batteries and all but one of them had stripped screws so you could not change the batteries. FAIL. Even worse, when I contacted them they said it had been more than 30 days so no refund or exchange. Why would I have expected anything but good products when they were in cellophane and battery tabs were in place. BAD VENDOR!"
"WARNING - avoid doing business with this site. Customer service is horrible! The tube of necklaces was not sealed and when turned over spilled out onto the floor and activated. I had ordered all one color but the tube was for multicolored (not in their original container) and the seal had obviously been cut open. When I called to complain they insisted that they would NEVER ship that way and tell me it's my fault so they won't refund or replace. Representative was unpleasant and defensive."
"By far the worse customer service. paid high price for a 3 day shipment and the only thing i got was "we apologize" i would have to pay additional for overnight. They kept saying the carrier didn't want to pick up... where was my email stating my delivery date was not going to be as stated. at least a courtesy email stating the changes to delivery and given me the option to change.... i should have used another reliable company. NEVER buying anything from here."
"Buyer beware!! Not a fair and honest seller...even to return customers!! I ordered some 'Glow Eye Glasses" that you put together, but they wouldn't stay put together...as soon as you put them on, they fell apart. I opened one pair to try [6 pairs come in a bag]. I ordered 20 bags. I called to exchange them for another more expensive style. They told me that because I opened one, I had to keep the remaining 5! Then I was told that I would be charged an additional 15% restocking fee and shipping cost...even though I was willing to buy another style of Eye Glasses. It amazes me how businesses like this stay in business. Do yourself a favor...SHOP ELSEWHERE!!"
"Buyer beware. I ordered PInk uv contacts. According to the picture they're hot pink with or without UV light. What I received today is a very pale rose pink contact. When I called to complain and returned them I was told told that the pictures are inhanced and I agreed to that in the terms and conditions. I would have to pay for shipping and a %15 restocking fee. How about just selling what you advertise?"
"I was looking for some UV Reactive lenses to replace a pair I'd lost on Halloween night, but I didn't want to spend an inordinate amount of money or try shopping from store to store. So I started with Amazon.com. They didn't have any lenses on their site that they were selling themselves, but there were several links to sites that did. The first site had what looked like high-quality contacts, but for $65 + shipping/handling. The next site had equally impressive lenses and for only $21.95, but $10 for shipping/handling. I was about to purchase a couple of them when I decided to check one more site. I am SO happy that I did, because that last site was Coolglow.com. Third time was the most amazing charm I'd come to discover in my online shopping endeavors. Not ONLY did they have excellent quality in their products, they also had a huge variety, fantastic prices, and a fabulous buy 2-get one 1 free special that included free shipping!!! I was able to purchase THREE contacts for LESS than the overall cost of the previous website, which was less than $50. Greater still was the fact that my order was processed and shipped within 30 MINUTES of my purchase! I received my purchases EXACTLY 48 HRS. after my online order was processed (today about 45 minutes ago). The products were packaged beautifully, were high quality, and everything I wanted them to be. Coolglow gave me the best shopping experience ever and even went through the courtesy of creating an account for me; they kept me updated through constant and instantaneous emails, giving me complete confidence in their site. I will happily continue to be their customer.~"
"Overall, it seems that Coolglow.com has many more problems than I have typically seen for an online retailer. I clicked on a discount on their website, didn't receive it, and was told the offer was no longer available. Also, an item I was able to order on the website was later noted as out of stock. I would think this should have been caught before a customer was able to order the item. The more concerning thing is that after I was told this item was out of stock, I was able to go back on the website and again add the item to my shopping cart."
"I do NOT recommend this website. The pictures are not true to product at all. I ordered 2 dozen 7" yellow LED Light Sticks because the picture on the website made it look like they would be bright, almost sunshine, yellow color. What I received were sticks that look orange. They have a no refund/return policy. Therefore I am out my $40 I spent on these sticks under false advertisement."
"Coolglow scam. Yes, I said it, Coolglow has to have the worst customer service ever. They do not respect their customers and only wish to take your money. They do not have good business practice. Their terms of service makes it so that if a mistake happens they are simply going to take advantage of the mistake and take your money and not even provide the product. I basically paid Coolglow.com for products that were never delivered to me because of shipping errors. Once I requested they ship it back they requested more money from me. Jeremy Adams who is their general manager told me I get a refund more much less than what I paid. As a company, they can at least ship it back for free and give me my products I expected to arrive. Jeremy Adams is not helpful. Jeremy Adams of Coolglow.com should learn how to treat his customers better."
