"Their iPhone to TV adapter cable does not work on any movie or TV streaming applications to include YouTube, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Google Chromcast stream or any application I’ve tried. Their ads clearly state you can stream you favorite movies and say YouTube. The only videos able to be streamed is non copyright content which effectively is amateur video."
"Despite ordering on line and rushing shipping this company's stock is rarely up to date so 2 or 3 days later they ship an inaccurate order. They never call or communicate via email on the discrepancy and an apology is a forced pseudo apology from a little girl in the office who has not customer service skillset. I have tried to work with them for 4 years now but after this last order being ruined again, I am done!
They claim they ship same day if posted before 2pm. I posted my order 11am 5/12 and my order shipped 5/17 with no communication as to the delay and short ship."
"I tried ordering their $300 deluxe metal clay toolkit for weeks but the tweezers were out of stock. I checked every day. They day they came in stock the kiln shelf went out of stock. I called them and got put on an email list so I could know the moment the kit was available.
Weeks later I received my kit. It was missing three items including the most basic of items (rolling pin). They didn't even have enough courtesy to send the replacements priority mail which made me mad. Then when I got to use the kit I noticed they sent me used/dirty/scratched/broken/open equipment. I also ordered a $700 kiln from them and $150 in clay. All in over $1k for used junk and they can't even send me replacement items via priority mail. I wish you could see how mangled my tumbler is.
I don't care if I have to pay triple for anything I'll never buy from them again."
"I am shocked by the lack of customer service. Their are so many suppliers of large metal, ceramic, and glass equipment that a company really needs to excel in the service department and cool tools did not! I am very disappointed and will take my future business to a company that shows some respect for their customers. I recommend shopping elsewhere!"
