This item weighs less than 8 oz and fits in the palm of my hand and was packed in a box that could hold 2 pairs of shoes, charging $7.85 in postage. "I ordered 3 items from CopsPlus Police Supplies, 2 on one day, then another a few days later. I have no complaints for CopsPlus service. I received both orders quickly. On my 1st, order (ordered 10/24), I ordered a Galco ultra lite holster for a 1911 .45 and a 5.11 folding knife. I love the knife, but not wild about the holster. I found that the holster began rubbing the finish on my weapon after holstering and re-holstering only a few times. I will be returning this and exchanging for another product. This has no bearing on CopsPlus. They're return policy is very easy to use. I will definately be ordering my police supplies from CopsPlus Police Supplies."

"The amount of time it took to get the item was very frustrating. CopsPlus put the item on back order without notifying me and then it got held up by customs. It took a month for the item to get to me. I wouldn't order from them again. I'll be looking for a Canadian company next time and hopefully one that discloses their backorders."

"Ordered a couple of bulbs and they were shipped via UPS. UPS indicated a delivery of October 11. October 11 came and went and no bulbs. Called UPS and asked for a refund of shipping cost for the inconvenience of waiting at home for a package that never arrived. They were willing to reimburse shipping cost however, I had to go through CopsPlus. UPS said CopsPlus had to initiate refund process as the shipper and UPS would reimburse them and so that CopsPlus could then reimburse me. In other words, CopsPlus would not be out any money and would just be the middle man for the refund. Called CopPlus and they basically said not their fault, not their problem! Though I tried to reason with them that they would not be out any money, they refused to help. UPS will therefore not grant refund without CopsPlus help and neither party will call the other. (Great business model to avoid having to pay refunds!) All they had to do was call UPS and initiate the refund which would be reimbursed to THEIR account to give to me and they would not help! Shame on CopsPlus for not willing to help me out in the name of customer service. I will always need flashlight bulbs and thought I found a great website as a supplier since their name uses COPS and POLICE in their company name to envoke trustworthiness. HAH! Boy was I wrong! Couldn't even be bothered to help even though it WASN'T GOING TO COST THEM A DIME! "

A professional wedding photographer, I needed these for my work. Wedding receptions can be literally deafening; I can actually sometimes feel my inner organs vibrate inside of me to the bass from the refrigerator-size speakers. Ear plugs help, but aren't enough. Since I also do video, I wanted something that looked like a headset; something I could affix the name "Sony" and a small dial or something to the muffs and run a wire from one of them into my camera bag. These Viking V3 are fantastic. Putting them on is like shutting out the world; can barely hear anything. I'm looking very forward to using them when needed at future weddings.
